I began practicing hatha yoga at the Sivananda Ashram in Quebec, Canada, and got my teacher certification there in 2000.
Soon after I discovered Ashtanga yoga and practiced with Mark Darby and Allison Ulan at the Montreal Ashtanga yoga studio.

I continued to learn about yoga on two trips to India.
More recently I have been practicing vipassana meditation.

I am happy to be exploring the moment through precise hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation.
