Ganesha, with his elephant head and boy’s body, challenges our ideas of identity. Can such a creature exist? Can God look like that? Throughout Indian history, Ganesha remains authentically and truly himself, and he encourages us to be true to ourselves. This session, focusing on forward bends and leading into meditation, offers you the opportunity to turn inward and discover the best of yourself.
